To secure the date for your event, please make a deposit of 50% of the total cost of the planned spending for the event at least 30 days prior to the planned date. Please include the date and time that you would like to secure. We will contact you to get details regarding the event (e.g. menu details, special instructions, etc.). If we conclude that the date and time are not available, your deposit will be fully refunded.
**To make a payment, click the add to shopping cart button. This will take you to the shopping cart. Once on the shopping cart page, change the quantity to correspond to the amount of the payment that you plan to make, (example: payment due = $3000.00 change quantity to 3000 and click the update button; payment amount will then equal $3000.00) proceed to checkout.
